BeSure Surveyors Ltd (Formerly known as Smith And Associates Ltd prior to February 2025) was founded by Daniel Smith in 2009, a Nottingham based Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years experience.

The firm specialises in valuation work and RICS Level 2 surveys (homebuyers surveys). We aim to provide our customers with a quality, comprehensive and timely service.

We undertake a range of valuation work including market value, help to buy, shared ownership.
