A property valuation report is a legal and professional assessment of the price of a property, prepared for various reasons including; probate, divorce proceedings, tax purposes etc.

An independent valuation report is conducted by a neutral party who has no interest in the property being assessed. Our private valuations are undertaken by Registered Valuers who are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and work to the highest of standards.

When valuing the property, the surveyor will consider the age, size, range of accommodation and the condition of your home. 

Our Independent Valuation Fees start from £250 plus VAT

Please Note: Attic rooms without building consent do not count as bedrooms.
